Credential verification today is often slow, fragmented, and difficult to trust. Users lack a reliable way to manage their credentials, while organizations face inefficiencies in validating authenticity, leading to friction and potential fraud.

Users can scan a QR code to instantly confirm the authenticity of a credential.
The system shows a verified status, blockchain details, and relevant metadata giving users real time information.

A dedicated panel allows users to toggle which blockchains are active for their credentials
(e.g., driver’s license, passport, ID).

All verified documents live in a secure wallet view, sorted by type.
Each entry shows blockchain info, expiration dates, and lets users access JSON or QR code views.

To keep users in control, we added alert notifications.
Users get updates when a new credential is added, verified, or nearing expiry.

The process began with understanding user needs, verification workflows, and blockchain use cases. From there, key problems were defined and core user flows were structured. I then explored ways to simplify complex systems into intuitive interactions, followed by designing a clean and functional interface focused on clarity and trust. The experience was refined through iteration and testing, and finalized designs were prepared for development.

This project challenged me to design for a complex system while keeping the experience simple and user friendly. It reinforced the importance of clarity and trust when working with technical products, and improved how I approach structuring scalable, real world solutions.
