Product Designer

  • Designed end-to-end experience across web and mobile

  • Created user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity UI

  • Built a scalable design system

  • Defined core features and product structure

The Problem

The Problem

Credential verification today is often slow, fragmented, and difficult to trust. Users lack a reliable way to manage their credentials, while organizations face inefficiencies in validating authenticity, leading to friction and potential fraud.

Goals

Goals

This project focused on simplifying digital identity by making security and verification feel clear, intuitive, and easy to use. The goal was to reduce friction in identity-related flows while building trust through transparency and clean design. It also aimed to create a modern, scalable foundation that can support evolving identity use cases across platforms.

Solutions

Solutions

To balance security with usability, I translated complex identity processes into simple, guided flows that feel easy to follow. I used clear messaging and minimal UI patterns to communicate trust and privacy without adding visual noise. I also designed a flexible system that can adapt to different identity scenarios, while keeping the experience consistent and scalable for future integrations.

Design Process

Design Process

1 - Discovery

Identified gaps in clarity, trust, and usability within digital identity and verification flows.

2 - System Thinking
Defined end-to-end identity flows from onboarding, verification, to credential management.

3 - Experience Design
Simplified complex processes into clear, step-by-step flows that are easy to follow.

4 - Visual Design
Created a clean, minimal UI system focused on readability, hierarchy, and trust.

5 - Execution
Applied motion, interactions, and components to bring the experience to life.

6 - Iteration
Refined flows and system thinking to ensure scalability and adaptability across use cases.

Scan and Verify

Users can scan a QR code to instantly confirm the authenticity of a credential.

The system shows a verified status, blockchain details, and relevant metadata giving users real time information.

Blockchain management

A dedicated panel allows users to toggle which blockchains are active for their credentials

(e.g., driver’s license, passport, ID).

View Wallet

All verified documents live in a secure wallet view, sorted by type.

Each entry shows blockchain info, expiration dates, and lets users access JSON or QR code views.

Notification Alerts

To keep users in control, we added alert notifications.

Users get updates when a new credential is added, verified, or nearing expiry.

What I Learned
Designing for identity showed me how important it is to make security feel understandable, not intimidating, while still maintaining trust.

What I’d Improve
I would explore more adaptive experiences based on user context and continue validating flows through deeper testing.

Looking Forward
I want to keep building systems that simplify complex problems, especially in areas where trust, clarity, and usability matter most.
